Q. Does ATG offer Web Support?
ATG offeres Web based support for customers with under a Service Level Aggreements and new customers who have purchased incident support. ATG uses HIPAA compliant remote control software with the highest level of security. The client will be contacted within 2 business hours after a case is opened. The client will be asked to navigate our website www.astratg.com. There, the client will be asked to navigate to and accept the Terms of Use Agreement and select one of two forms of support. Quick Support is a onetime use option and requires user interaction with a ATG tech. Host Support is a downloadable software that is installed on the computer requiring user interaction. User interaction will be required to deliver the randomized access code to a ATG tech. The significant difference is that Host Support can be used again at a later date without having to navigate ATG's website. The user only needs to initiate a case and give the access IS to a ATG tech. |
