Astra Technology Group LLC ("ATG") vends products from varying manufacturers.  ATG reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "Like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. Return / exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA number, contact our support team. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of the new merchandise is non-refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee on all items returned.


ATG will not accept returns or exchanges on any products that cannot be returned to the manufacturer or do not meet the manufacturers requirements for return or exchange.


ATG will not use a client's shipping account for returns or exchanges. Insurance must be purchased to cover the full original purchase amount when shipping any product to ATG for return or exchange.


Any product being returned must be packed appropriately. ATG will not accept returns or exchanges of any product that has been damaged in transit due to poor packaging.
